Precautions for operating CNC three-side boring lathes
When operating CNC three-side boring lathes,the following matters need to be noted:
1.Before operation
Check the equipment:
Check whether all parts of the machine tool are intact,including tools,fixtures,workbenches,etc.Ensure that the tools are firmly installed and the fixtures are reliably clamped.
Check whether the electrical system,hydraulic system,cooling system,etc.are operating normally.Check whether the indicator lights and instruments are displayed normally.
Check the lubrication system to ensure that all lubrication points are fully lubricated.
Be familiar with drawings and processes:
Carefully read the processing drawings and process documents to understand the processing requirements,dimensional accuracy,surface roughness and other technical indicators.
Determine the processing process parameters,such as cutting speed,feed rate,cutting depth,etc.
Prepare tools and measuring tools:
Prepare the required tools,measuring tools,tools,etc.Ensure that the measuring tools are calibrated and the accuracy is reliable.
Perform necessary sharpening and adjustment of the tools to ensure the processing quality.
2.During operation
Safe operation:
Wear personal protective equipment,such as safety helmets,safety shoes,protective glasses,etc.
Comply with the machine tool operating procedures and strictly prohibit illegal operations.Do not change the machine tool parameters and programs without authorization.
During the operation of the machine tool,the protective door and protective cover shall not be opened.
Pay attention to the operation status of the machine tool.If any abnormality is found,the machine should be stopped for inspection immediately.
Process control:
Perform tool alignment and trial cutting according to the process requirements.After adjusting the tool position and cutting parameters,formal processing is carried out.
Pay close attention to the cutting force,cutting temperature,vibration and other conditions during the processing.If any abnormality is found,the cutting parameters should be adjusted or the machine should be stopped for inspection in time.
Check the processing size and surface quality regularly to ensure that they meet the processing requirements.If necessary,make intermediate measurements and adjustments.
Pay attention to the tool wear and replace the tools with severe wear in time.
Operation specifications:
Strictly follow the operating steps of the CNC system.Do not touch the buttons and switches on the control panel at will.
Use the handwheel and manual operation mode correctly to avoid misoperation.
In the automatic operation mode,do not leave the machine tool and observe the processing progress at any time.
III.After operation
Cleaning equipment:
After processing,clean the chips and oil stains on the machine tool workbench,fixtures,tools and other parts in time.
Clean the machine tool thoroughly and keep the appearance of the machine tool clean and tidy.
Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance on the machine tool in accordance with the requirements of the machine tool maintenance manual.Including lubrication,tightening,adjustment and other work.
Check the wear of various parts of the machine tool and repair or replace parts if necessary.
Record work:
Record various parameters and operating conditions during the processing,such as tool wear,processing time,dimensional deviation,etc.
Fill in the machine tool operation record and maintenance record to provide a basis for subsequent equipment management.
