Considering the technology and operation of valve machine tools,the selection indicators generally start from the following aspects:
1.The rigidity and stability of the valve machine table:
Whether the valve machine tool can achieve the required rigidity and stability can be confirmed according to the required accuracy of the valve processed by itself and the manufacturer.
2.The speed and stability of the rotating shaft:
There are currently two types of rotating shafts,one with a rolling bearing speed of 80,000 revolutions and the other with an air bearing speed of 120,000 revolutions.If it is a valve milling machine,rolling bearings should be used.Because its longitudinal bearing is better than air bearings,its drill chuck is also an important scope of investigation in the procurement process.Some drill chucks are not easy to replace and maintain,some drill chucks wear at a speed suitable for becoming consumables,and the replacement cost is very expensive,and some need to waste time for daily maintenance.
The presser foot of the rotating shaft is another one.Its service life and unreasonable design will also cause great troubles.For example,there is no seal between the shaft and the presser foot,which leads to waste of funds for purchasing vacuum cleaners or waste of intermediate vacuum cleaning,which may lead to poor chip removal of circuit board holes.
3.The moving accuracy and displacement repeatability of the table:
This is an important point when choosing,which cannot be seen through pictures or ordinary operations.It can only be certified after testing.The current equipment can meet the design standards when it is just shipped.The key is whether the accuracy is stable after one to two years of operation.
4.X,Y,and Z axis feed rate:
At present,the feed speed is generally 25 meters per minute,and the new product uses a servo motor.The high feed speed can increase the production capacity by 20%-40%.The speed of the Z axis is affected by the drill bit and the drill material,and it also has a certain impact on production efficiency.
5.The moving and fixing device of the table:In the past,the moving load of many tables was mainly the guide rail
6.Large processing size:
The large processing size is purchased according to needs.At present,except for some single-axis or dual-axis machine tools for samples or making test fixtures,most machine tools can meet your needs.
7.Operating system and control system:
Now many machine tools are universal windows operating system with friendly interface,some also use Chinese,which is easier to learn and operate,but the disadvantage is that the computer virus stability is slightly poor and management is difficult.Some use industrial systems or Unix systems with good stability,not prone to failure,and convenient management.But the operation interface is in English,and the operation starts a little slower.This usually depends on the company's requirements,and there is no proper good or bad distinction.
8.Tool management system:
There were only 8 tool holders in the past,but now it is large.Now most CNC machine tools can hold hundreds of drill bits.Some systems have automatic detection of broken drills and diameter detection length and radial runout systems.When selecting projects,it should be noted that most CNC machine tool drill bits are in front of the table,and the design method has shortcomings.If the processing circuit board jumps out due to fixing problems,it is easy to damage all drill bits,including drill clamps.Some drill fixtures are designed above the machine tool.The sensitivity of the detection mechanism is too high and too low,which is not good for the machine tool,and is generally low.
